A Big List of Questions and What You Can Do With Them

If you’re actively interviewing, try copying these questions and writing up your answers. This is especially helpful if you’re pondering or debating between places you want to work. Some of your answers might reveal your best choice.

If you’re coaching students or mentoring, one exercise I did with my class was to put these questions in a hat, and each student would answer the question they drew from the hat each class session.

If you’re self-improving, do a mixture of the above. Answer all of the questions in one sitting or put them in a hat and answer one daily.
