This is what I’ve been working on for the last five years. It’s a card catalog of competencies you can use to discuss your growth goals and specific focus areas. It has the definition, impact, resources and reflection questions you and/or your team can use. Iteration 3 will include a resource for giving thoughtful feedback during peer reviews and hiring interviews.
